Long Term Residents Needing Forever Homes
Polk County Human Society

Hi, I'm Luna Bear! I'm a 8-year-old Great Pyrenees mix. I'm an older lady and have been in the shelter system for almost 3 years...I'm a lady of leisure and independence. I appreciate my own space, and while I may not be the life of the dog park, I offer a mellow companionship that's hard to find. I prefer a quiet home where I can relax and be myself. I'm not one for other dogs or cats, but I promise to fill your life with a unique kind of love.

Hi, I'm Hubbard! I'm an 11-month-old Heeler mix. I've been at the shelter since I was just 8 weeks old. All of my siblings have been adopted and I've been left behind hoping someone can give me a forever home. It's not ideal for a puppy to have to grow up in a shelter but I'm the sweetest guy! I love hanging out with people and playing with other doggy friends.
